Jeff was highly responsive and professional when I had a question or needed to be reminded of the password, etc.. Hideaway is a gated, secure facility with responsible environmental planning. A secure lock is provided by the company, which is one of those unexpected extras that makes a difference. It's also in a rather secluded area just off a main road, which makes privacy possible. I definitely recommend it.

Excellent place to store a boat (or other large trailer). Plenty of room to turn around. Very secure. Very convenient location right off the beltline there. Jeff is a nice guy to work with as well.

I contacted Jeff from San Diego with questions about my storage needs. In addition to needing storage for our entire household, we were also shipping 2 vehicles. The problem was that both our vehicles would be there quite a bit ahead of us. Not only did Jeff arrange the unit large enough for our stuff over the phone, he also went above and beyond, by agreeing to meet the auto shipper when he arrived!
